We ship via registered priority airmail only, always with a tracking number. In case you don't receive a shipping notification email with the tracking information in your mailbox, please check the spam folder.

Delivery to almost all countries takes between 14-30 days. However, during the COVID-19 pandemic and the war in Ukraine, in some cases, this timeframe may be slightly increased.

Please contact us if your order isn't delivered within 45 days.
